Painting tomorrow

Well, the meeting went very well. I will only need 10 to 12 pieces so I will be painting some new ones. I wish our show was a little later in the year because I return from Tuscany a couple of days before. I know I will have some great new photographs from which to work (last time I took over a 1000), but I won’t have time to do any pieces before the show. I will be plein air painting over there again so maybe I’ll have a couple of pieces that will be acceptable.
I want to do more little paintings, but I also need to get started on the new pieces for the show. Plus, my poor headless elderly man in the unfinished Curb Shave (Aug 31 post) painting is still waiting. He is from a picture that I took over there maybe I’ll end up using him…though I doubt he will be a good fit.
Tomorrow I plan to pick up my paint brushes again. Images are waiting within the tubes of paint…and the canvas is calling out.
