I started this piece a while back…today I went back into it. Now it is close to being finished so I decided to go ahead and post it. This is what I will submit for the tactile show. Not sure if you can tell but it is very thick paint…you can feel the trees, the moon’s features, the rocks, the person, etc. I left the road smooth so you can feel it between the rocks. So I hope the blind students will be able to touch and tell what some of the objects are. If you do not understand what I am talking about please read this mornings post Painting today. After while, I will post the other two the black, white, and silver pieces…though I am not too happy with one of them so I may not enter it.

I’m sorry it sold (or as I prefer to say…adopted) and is no longer in my possession. Since so many have inquired about this piece I am in the process of having giclee prints made. In fact, the proof should be ready soon..possibly tomorrow.
