brush strokes, my connection
to all, that…I am.
Tonight, I am feeling the whole world within my heart…..the beauty and the ugliness of it…the good and the evil. I watched the news, and I was reminded that there are preditors among us. This makes me want to dwell in my brushstroke world. Some of us have forgotten that:
We are as the wings of a butterfly,
bound together
with the love of God.
~Unknown
Light a candle and pray to your defintion of God …Pray for the beauty, the good, the love, and the light that dwells in all…though, unbeknown to some of us.
I will be around to see all of you soon.
In love and light,
~gypsy-he♥rt

Wings of the butterfly, brush strokes making a lovely oil painting – nice images for a cold March morning. I was going to photo bald eagles this morning but it’s 6 below, so maybe I’ll go out for breakfast instead. Do you think a pleasant photo of a bowl of hot oatmeal would look nice on my blog? :-)
Very well done! I admire the way the butterfly seems to be a leaf, and yet stands out to the eye as something of insurmountable beauty – disguised, and yet flamboyant.
Exquisitely done!
So glad to hear that you are feeling better! Is this a new creation? a celebration of spring?
Lovely…
Evening Dearest Gypsy-Heart~
BRAVO!
The colors are to die for!! And the butterfly somehow magically FUSES with the flowers…yet stands out on it’s own!
The PERFECT piece for the approaching Spring!! I could actually SMELL the flowers! ssnnifffff!
“Tonight I am feeling the whole world within my heart.”
Just beautiful my, friend.
Thank you for that blessing!
Gypsy-Heart, this is beautiful. Enlarging it just makes you sort of fall into it. I’m feeling the whole world too. It looks like it’s giving you more peace than it is me, at the moment, but seeing this painting helps.
Beautiful work….ALWAYS.

Dear friend,
These words, this glorious offering of brushstrokes from your heart… are just what i needed this bright afternoon…
Love and peace are everywhere…hiding beneath the illusions of separateness…
Sending you love and deep peace,
Maithri
What a beautiful painting! I love the color in it and the fragile butterfly.
@Barbara~ Thank you, and I hope the image does remind you that spring is near. :)
I cannot imagine living in the cold you experience there!! Stay warm…and a hot bowl of oatmeal is good for body, mind, and spirit!!
@Ethan~ Thank you! Your description of butterflies is so true.
Some people are like that too..don’t you think?
I especially loved this ….
“standing out to the eye as something of insurmountable beauty – disguised, and yet flamboyant.”
“disguised” I have always liked that word.
I always say it is much better to be underestimated!!!
I will be over in a bit to read your words.
@Ron~ Thank you my dear friend! I hope you forgive me, but I added to the post after you commented. :O
You are always so kind and encouraging!! I am so pleased this piece did make you “feel spring” for that was my wish.
You are a blessing to all!!
I clicked on the picture and … the miracle has happened. The little colorful spot was enlarged and pierced my heart. Wow came out of itself.
I intuitively clicked once again and the picture grew in size once again – the love touched my heart and I recognized myself on the wings of the gratitude high above the earth… wow. Fantastic.
@Moonbeam~ Ahh…that makes me happy, for I wanted you to “fall into it” :)
I added to my post after you commented…to clarify (just a little more) what was in my heart. I held back before because I did not want to sound negative….but I do want to speak from the heart.
I am so pleased that the little brushstroke world helped you…
@Kalliope~ Thank you my gifted friend.

@Maithri~ Hello to you!

Love and deep peace to you too!

Hi Ho, just passing by and see this nice blog … filled with HEART… peace and love to you. Giving the Gift the Gift returns.
cool! I’ll have some photos of butterflies for you soon… I better do it now, while I remember.
[...] since we are stupidly clumsy and lazy with our new camera but here’s one in honor of Gypsy-Heart! I so tried to get a good shot of a Morpho blue one but they don’t pose well when ordered [...]
I love your painting. I love the butterfly, it holds many meanings for me and always touches my soul.
Your awareness touches my heart. May we send positive energy to all of the people in this world who we find so hard to love because of the evil that they do. May they be embraced in our love.
The painting is very pretty!
I am starting a new blog called Butterliesinthecarline.blogspot.com
I named it because you and my sister keep refering to me as a butterfly! It is not really done yet. ha ha
I love your paintings!
Christy
