Yeah, isn’t this true? Made me remember a poem Eugene Gomringer wrote in 1954 that I learned i seminary:

silencio silencio silencio
silencio silencio silencio
silencio silencio
silencio silencio silencio
silencio silencio silencio

It’s all “spoken” for me in that “true silence” in the 3rd line.

What a beautiful peace; I perceive its subject is indeed contemplating matters of the heart. Those matters must be contemplated in silence- For the heart and mind are sometimes not on one accord – thus we must quiet them both. The painting is absolutely incredible and breath-taking- I see the heart so vividly but yet so faintly – however you come up with these inspirations, I will never know. But they are very beautiful and impressionable – Well, I’ll go contemplate on your beautiful painting for a while – ah. . . the power of love. . .
